Prevention is Key

Why wait until things go wrong to fix the problem? A lot of injuries could be prevented if the person was educated on proper body mechanics, safety, posture, and appropriate exercise regiment. Come in to see Benji for a 45 minute assessment of total body movement. He will ask you questions about your typical level of activity, future goals in terms of fitness or sport, and any prior injuries. He will perform a thorough assessment of all relevant movement patterns, postures, muscle strength and flexibility and give you recommendations on modifications or exercises to add to your routine in order to ensure optimal movement patterns and prevent injury in the long term.
